CAN'T GET ON CIAO.

Subject: CAN'T GET ON CIAO. Sun 11 Feb 2007, 18:24

Cleared my history and passwords and ciao was one of them, so I wrote to ask what it was. They kept changing it when they kept making me change email address a couple of months ago, and I have used the thing where you request it to no avail. It does not reply. I have done it twice. Has anyone else encountered this ?

I haven't no, and contacting them would be useless as they haven't replied to my email which I sent about a week a go. Lisa x

Can't get on at the moment, because surprise surprise the site is having technical difficulties. I was just in the middle of editing a draft as well. Lisa x

This is so annoying, it let me on so I finished editing a review and then when I went to save the draft the site when down. Now I've lost the added bits I've written now. Lisa x

I usually do! I pasted it over to ciao the over day, but saved it as a draft. I wasn't 100% happy with it, so I've left it there and have been adjusting it here and there. Each time I go to save it the site goes down, so think I'll leave it for now. Lisa x

Dammit - I got a 3-minute survey and was right on it... except I can't get on it!! Been trying on and off for over an hour but obviously if Ciao isn't playing ball at the moment, then the surveys won't connect either.

Same here, thought it was my new version of Firefox messing things up but when I tried IE I got the same result. Must be some sort of glitch, hope it won't be too long, not that I have reviews to post or anything.
