Rant over Joan of Arc, Bodecea, Margaret Thatcher and Queen Bansheera. Actually I think I'm making your point

Rant over Joan of Arc, Bodecea, Margaret Thatcher and Queen Bansheera. Actually I think I'm making your point But did any of them go to war with another woman-led army? You'll correct me if I'm wrong but in each case I suspect it was a tough woman putting some men in their place. Find me an example of two women starting a war (a proper one - I'm excluding Posh and Jordan and the 'who let the dogs out' war of a few years back).

They're too busy bitching and sniping to get down to the real business of shooting people and stuff.

Find me an example of two women starting a war (a proper one - I'm excluding Posh and Jordan and the 'who let the dogs out' war of a few years back). We're always told that behind every powerful man there is an even more powerful woman...so one could expect that most of the wars throughout history have been started by women (behind the scenes)... Alternatively you could argue that in history there haven't been enough women in positions of power to start wars against other women in similar position to be able to make a comparison.

Find me an example of two women starting a war (a proper one - I'm excluding Posh and Jordan and the 'who let the dogs out' war of a few years back). Why do they have to go to war against another army led by a woman? Surely equality is about anyone being able to lead an army into war against whoever they like. Anyway Hera started the Trojan War after a three way competition between Aphrodite and Athena and herself turned ugly.

| I am SO proud of just how far we've managed to get this thread off the topic.
