HOW CAN WE AS MEMBERS IMPROVE OUR CIAO EXPERIENCE ?

I just wondered if any members had ideas as to how to maximise their enjoyment of ciao. I mean what do you enjoy about it ? What are its high points ? what are its low points ? How can members make the site better or more enjoyable for other members ?

My enjoyment of ciao at the mo is by not participating! Its treatment of members at present is a disgrace and makes even dooyoo staff/member relations look postively rosy. The only reason I go on site is to keep in touch with members who are not on dooyoo.

I think it's always been other members that keep me on ciao, but I would like to think that they will make changes sooner rather than later.

Same as Dave - My enjoyment of Ciao is at an all time high just now, because I'm not on there.

I've not been spending quite so much time on Ciao lately. I do, however, visit every day and read/rate a few reviews and check my guestbook! There's a lot of people on Ciao I know and like, which is why I keep returning!

I enjoy writing reviews.

I like writing them too, it seems like the best place too, well its better than my scrapbook! And the people are (generally) lovely!

the biggest mistake people make is thinking that they are writing for each other and not writing for the consumer and it makes it all so meaningless and fake.

Shame, there are a few good reviewers and then just bad praisers.

I find that a lot of members are really lovely people. Some of them are the 'I'll trust you if you trust me' kind, but I tend to ignore those ones and stick to people I have a laugh with. That way its a lot more enjoyable for me.

Remember though, its only a website!

maybe I will have to change my online persona to that of shabaz and love everyone, rate their reviews higher and profess to flower power and new age magnetic out of body experience bonding?
