Thanks, I never knew you could do that. That's worth knowing. I've found that I've now got 20,000 dooyoo miles but when I try to convert them I get a message that I do not have enough miles to carry out the transaction even though it states that 100% of the 20,000 are redeemable.

No I'm not! I just thought perhaps you can't reedeem all the miles in your account to set them to zero. Perhaps you have to have some in there to keep your account active.

My number of miles has crept over 20000 and I was able to cash them in It looks like, I suspected, you have to have some more miles left in your account to do this.
