OH IT'S BACK!!! Nothing apparently amiss - logged on without any problem at 09:13am. Even the money is there.

I'm having problems too. I've managed to log in a few times but then when I go to read a review it just freezes and comes back saying service unavailable. Anyone else still having problems.

Yes but at least it's now gone from the "server not found" message to CIAO's "we are upgrading our service, please try later"

It has done the same to me this morning - saying my email address is no good anymore and I have to change it to log on. Juyst emailed ciao as i don't want to change my email address! Flippin cheek!
