| Can we have some more people voting please, it's a bit neck and neck with Christmas 2009 and the day George Bush is assassinated | |

| I cannot vote as the options do not fit my diary..!
(which means I cannot anticipate visiting the great capital in the first two quarters of 2007..! (but there is no poll button for that....so I will vote on a latter one..!)

| I have voted, but any date listed suits me at the moment. By the time it is decided I will probably be busy on the chosen day... | |

| If we can get ANY dates that aren't on bank holiday weekends, then I'll look at voting but at the moment, I can't say yes to any of them. | |

| Okay, right how about 1st of June.
The only downside to this date is that it's a full moon. And stop howling at the back there, it's not funny.....tutt!

| If I may be so bold, I'd like to suggest that you simply arrange it to suit yourself rather than worry about getting the maximum amount of people to attend. If you want to give people a choice, pick a small range of dates that will give people enough time to get organised and run a poll. Go with the one that gets most votes.
Arranging a meet is like writing a review – you can't suit everyone and no-one will think any less of you if it happens at a time that they're not available.
If it's of any help, I'm fairly certain that the Belfast meet won't happen (no interest) and I'll definitely pull the plug on Feb 1st if there's still no interest, so that pretty much gives you a free reign on dates from mid-February onwards.
But please either get something sorted soon or call it off. I'm sure there are other people out there looking to arrange a meet (I'm nearly sure I heard a whisper about a Midlands Meet a few weeks ago) and it would be nice that something could be set in stone here so that these other members can think about their own meets.

| I pressume this is the causer of most of dooyoo and ciaos woes above, again hiding behind another account and user name. XXXXX was never going to attend, just ruin your day worrying about it, an action most people feel you deserve. | |

A somewhat hypocritical statement there Phil, given your numerous accounts and your repeated ejections from Ciao and Dooyoo for a multitude of rule breaches.

I would agree, set the date, venue and time that suits you and let people attend or not. If it involves booking anywhere tell people the deadline for confirming attendance and let it evolve from there. If you find yourself sat in a pub in London on your lonesome then at least you tried and will have learned a valuable lesson, the reality is that you will not be on your own and at the very least will get the joy of watching Aaron and Phil call each other names.

I begining to see that and trust me, I know I can't suit everyone. If someone else wants to have a turn at arranging something then please step in, because I've tried.
