CIAO IS BACK but money gone !

Ciao is back this morning, but my total is 0.00 Anyone else had the same ? I suspect its a temporary hiccup.

My money has also gone to zero - good job I claimed most of it last month (not that I've had it over a month later)

It has happened before, so dont be too concerned. It's when they update things, but usually comes back.

oooooooooooow all my reviews have vanished now.

The Ciao Phantom is roaming around again.

They are back now, but another member's reviews were missing too, so I guess they are working on that area of the site that affects reviews and money.

My mega fortune has gone too, all £1.60 ish of it. I am destitute.

Yes indeed, I logged in this morning and it was "What? NO dosh?" Just had to come here to check that everyone had the same problem and that I hadn't got up in my sleep and asked to be paid or something lol

All my money's gone - all £12 of it... sob. This has happened before though, usually comes back within a few hours.

Well he's a pretty rich phantom since everyone's balances seem to be zero.

I HOPE you are all right about the money comming back. I haven't claimed for some time and had quite a bit. Enough to get a bitt PI**ED OFF if it has gone. Why don't they put a message on the member centre or community announcements, think of all the hassle it would save them and us. gar

This has happened many times before, and it always comes back. Don't think it's a big worry at all, just site adjustment of some kind.

My account has gone to zero too. I've just sent Ciao an email. I'm pretty concerned about it as I have £25.01 on mine! Better cash in (if it comes back!)
